I just got back about a month ago. We stayed at the Blue Water Resort right down from The Landmark. It was around $900 for 8 nights.

GO VOLS
The Sea Mist is a good place to stay with a family if you like Family Kingdom. Within walking distance and it also has a water park, putt putt, ice cream parlor, food and children's activities within the complex. The walk-way from the hotel to the water park and putt putt is underground which is good considering the traffic in that part of time. It is not luxurious but clean and a good deal for all the extras.
